Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at ABQ Gold and Silver Jewelry Exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We do not offer refunds on purchases. Custom designed jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return and exchange policies.
